Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Social Worker position is available for a K-12 school setting, starting ASAP through June 5, 2026. This role focuses on providing comprehensive social work services to students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional well-being throughout the full semester contract.

Caseload: K-12 Students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide counseling to address students social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement intervention plans.
- Connect students and families with community resources and support services.
- Maintain detailed case records and comply with confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
Required Qualifications:
- Fully licensed LMSW through the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).
- Full Approval or Professional Certification as a School Social Worker through the Michigan Department of Education (MDE).
- Must hold a Full License; candidates with No to Limited Licenses are not eligible.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite.
